At Laa Fresh, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Within 15 Minutes

     ●  Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

     ●  Eligible orders will receive a full refund.

Cancellation After Dispatch

    ●    Once the order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
    ●    Such orders are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

        ●    Order cancelled within the allowed time (15 minutes)
        ●    Failed or duplicate payment
        ●    Order not delivered due to unforeseen issues

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

        ●    Cancellation requested after dispatch
        ●    Delivered products
        ●    Incorrect address provided by the customer
        ●    Delay caused by external factors (courier issues, natural delays, etc.)

5. Refund Process

    ●    Refunds will be processed within 48–72 business hours
    ●    The amount will be credited to the original payment method
    ●    In case of payment gateway delays, it may take additional time depending on your bank

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:

    ●    The amount will be automatically refunded
    ●    Processing time: 5–7 business days (depends on bank/payment provider)
