We offer 100% replacement in case of damage issues, quality issues, or errors in delivery. Our quality team reviews complaints on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to take appropriate decisions.

*Cancellation & Returns

To cancel or modify your order (including partial cancellation), you must report within 15 minutes of placing the order. Please contact our customer care at 9150080030 / 9150080090. Once approved, the amount will be refunded within 48 to 72 business hours.

In case the order has already been dispatched or delivered, we are unable to cancel or accept return requests.

*Partial Returns

Partial returns or cancellations are only applicable if requested within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time frame or once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellations or returns will not be possible.
